A public research website and custom content management system (CMS) help people find information and staff keep it current. The platform includes databases, connected services, security, and ongoing support, with GIGW alignment and preparation for STQC audit and certification.
The challenge
Public information needs to be clear and accessible.
A leading Government of India scientific research organisation needed a website that could explain its work clearly. It also had to meet requirements for public information, accessibility, multiple languages, security, and controlled publishing.
Visitors needed to find official information, jobs, and tenders easily, including when using assistive technology. Staff needed straightforward tools to manage a large collection of pages and documents.

Arctech built the first version from the ground up: a multilingual public website and custom tools for administrators and content teams. We developed it through V2 and now V3, improving features, usability, accessibility, security, and the underlying software.
Authorised staff can update research content, official information, jobs, tenders, documents, news, events, and services. Shared sign-in, language support, data services, and publishing tools let them make routine updates without a developer.

Each version brought coordinated updates to the public website, content management tools, databases, and connected services. Security, controlled publishing, and ongoing support remained part of the work through V1, V2, and V3.
Accessibility and Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) requirements are part of the development process. The work covers language access, public information, security, publishing controls, and formal STQC audit preparation.
