No. We start by understanding the team’s current skills and adapt the exercises. Developers should be familiar with the software and development tasks they will work on.

What counts as a live project?

A real project, feature, or improvement from your backlog with a manageable scope and clear goals. Learning can take place in an approved development environment using your normal review and release process.

Will Arctech manage the entire project?

This service focuses on training, project coaching, and oversight of AI working practices. We agree who leads each activity and how progress is reviewed. If you also need development capacity or full project delivery, we can discuss that separately.

How long does the programme take, and what does it cost?

The scope depends on team size, current skills, project complexity, and the amount of coaching required. We agree the schedule, fees, tool requirements, and refresh arrangement before starting.
